This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups kept for a short period.

- Track, monitor, stalk or harass anyone.

08Onclaves and shared spaces

09Fees
Onclave is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms in advance, and you will only be charged if you choose to subscribe.

12Ending your use
You can stop using Onclave and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk, and will explain why where we can. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, survive after your account ends.
13Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every need. Onclave helps you remember. It is not a replacement for your own judgment in your relationships.
14Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Onclave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits.
